The Peace in Peril: The Real Cost of the Site C Dam (Harbour Publishing, 2017)
I paddled a 100 km stretch of the Peace River in northern British Columbia, just before it was flooded to build the Site C hydro-electric dam. With photography by Ben Nelms, the book merges investigative journalism with biography and deep historical research to create a written and photographic record of a world soon to be erased.
